IPTAY Records. 1900-1977, 1935-1977.

IPTAY (I Pay Ten A Year) was founded in 1933 in order to help support and improve the athletic programs at Clemson College. These records consist of the files of Gene Willimon, who was Executive Secretary of IPTAY from 1950-1977. They include correspondence, 1950-1977, copies of Clemson Football programs during the period, 1964-1976, financial records related to the athletic program, 1950-1977, material on the 1957 Orange Bowl and the 1959 Sugar Bowl, and various IPTAY promotions and events. The papers are arranged in alphabetical order by folder title. The photographs are of athletic and IPTAY personalities and events, including a few from the 1900-1920 period.
